We were in a bit of a pickle and didnt realize that we needed pur paperwork - a lot of paperwork - notarized. Its Easter weekend and we were leaving the country in less than a week. I texted the number online and immediately heard back. Not only could they give me a next day appointment they could prep pur documents so it would be fast. I am so grateful for this experience.
