Apostille Coordination

Simplify Your International Document Certification

When your documents need to be recognized outside of Canada, they must first be apostilled to verify their legitimacy.

Notary2U makes this process simple — we handle every step for you, from review to delivery.

Whether you’re dealing with a birth certificate, diploma, marriage record, power of attorney, or business document, our team ensures it’s properly prepared, submitted, and returned — quickly and professionally.

What is an Apostille?

An Apostille is a government-issued certificate that verifies the authenticity of a Canadian document so it can be legally recognized in another country that is a member of the Hague Apostille Convention (1961).

If your destination country is not part of the Apostille Convention, the process involves Authentication and Legalization, which is similar but includes an additional embassy or consulate step.
