If your address lies inside the Calgary municipal boundary, it’s considered “within city limits.” For addresses outside, use the rural rate. If unsure, just provide your address — we’ll confirm when you request.

Yes. In addition to standard same-day, we offer rush / express delivery options at premium rates. Contact us directly for quotes on expedited timelines.

Q4. How is the cost calculated exactly?

Cost = Base flat rate (based on zone) + $0.80 per km (pick-up to drop-off). For example, an inside-city delivery might cost $39 + (0.80 × distance in km).

Q5. What if no one is available to receive the delivery?

If no recipient is present, we will attempt to reach you via phone. You may also specify an alternative safe location (e.g., front desk, neighbour). Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
