Once service is completed, you’ll receive an Affidavit of Service or Attempted Service Report, along with updates via email and text. We keep you abreast of our progress.
Yes. Upon request, our team can file documents at the appropriate courthouse and provide you with confirmation and stamped copies. There is an additional fee to file at the courthouse. We also offer Court Runner & Legal Courier Services for added convenience.
Our servers will make 3 attempts or service at different times of day and days.
If personal service isn’t possible, we’ll provide a detailed Affidavit of Attempted Service and advise on alternative service methods (e.g., 4th attempt or Substitution or Court-Ordered Service is extra $99+tax).

NOTE: The Service timelines indicated above are based on when the Service Documents and Instructions are received by our office and we are able to prepare envelopes and initiate service. All above fees are subject to applicable tax.
*We do not guarantee that we will be able to successfully serve the defendant or party. Circumstances differ for each occasion and whether the defendant or party might be evading service, has moved or is unable to locate. It is up to the client that is requesting the service to provide accurate and current address/s for home or work and information on the person or company we are serving. If we are unable to serve the party, we will provide an Affidavit of Attempted Service.
